Even worse, he and another classmate were ruthlessly abandoned by their friends, left as bait to distract a nearby dragon. Although not terribly bothered by the thought of dying, he reluctantly decides to protect his lone companion. Meanwhile, with the disappearance of yet another Sage, Sion is finally beginning to realize just how much of a threat Yogiri is to their world.

After dealing with a short distraction on the plains, they manage to make it to the city but find that getting permission to enter may be a bit more complicated than they had first hoped. Meanwhile, another member of the class who had been abandoned wakes up in the ruins of their tour bus. And just when the class thinks they’ve tracked down the culprit, a ghost from Yogiri’s own past enters the stage, throwing even our calm and collected protagonist into a state of shock.
